About Us
This website serves as the official information outlet for the Sabal Palms neighborhood, shouldering the communities of Youngsville and Broussard. Residents of Phases 1 & 2 are eligible for membership in the Sabal Palms H.O.A. as any additional planned phases have not been included by the developers Steve Ashy and John Broussard. In 2019, our neighborhood was the most featured neighborhood in the Parade of Homes, featuring 7 homes!
Phase One began construction in Youngsville, with the main entryway on Youngsville Highway (next to Meche's Donuts location) in November 2014 and features one pond and 87 lots.
Phase Two began construction in Broussard, in December 2015. This phase features three ponds, one walking trail, a common area with a pavilion and 111 lots.
Phase Three has recently began infrastructure construction. The developers, Steve Ashy and John Broussard, are developing this phase off Bernard and Fairfield Drives in Broussard, however, have chosen not to included this additional development with the current H.O.A. in place.
The Sabal Palms Home Owners Association is a 9-member volunteer board comprised of residents in good standing with the H.O.A.
